Cancelation policy

The following cancellation charges would apply per person if booking is cancelled as per schedule below:-

  • CLASSIC TOUR & TRAVELS PRIVATE LIMITED has the right to cancel the booking without prior notice, if full payment is not received before the option date
  • In case of NO SHOW on the arrival date, full stay will be charged (as per hotel policy)
  • A mendment or Cancellation (if hotel approves) should be 1 week before check in can be acceptable, otherwise 1night no show charge is applicable
  • In case of cancellation the service charge levied is non-refundable
  • No refund in case of unused services or lesser duration of stay
